We’re delighted to announce two new MPDT events for 2026.

Female Sexuality

Speaker: Rosine Perelberg

In March, we’ll welcome Rosine Perelberg, who will present a paper, followed by a live supervision. This will be a half-day event, with more information to follow.

Rosine Jozef Perelberg, PhD is a Training and Supervisor Analyst, a Distinguished Fellow and Past President of the British Psychoanalytical Society. She is a member of the International Psychoanalytic Association, Corresponding Member of the Société Psychanalytique de Paris and one of the Founding Members of the Institute of Family Therapy, London. She is Visiting Professor in the Psychoanalysis Unit, Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology within the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences (PALS) at University College, London. In 2023 she was recipient of the Sigourney Award For Work Establishing a Creative Dialogue Between Psychoanalysis And Social Anthropology To Address Temporality, Sexuality and Antisemitism.

MPDT Conference 2026

Life and Death: Loss and Mourning Across the Life Cycle

Saturday 11 July 2026, Manchester (hybrid event)

We’re delighted to announce our 2026 MPDT Conference, where our speakers will be Pauline LeeBecky Hall, Sharon Numa and Paul Hoggett . The day-long conference will be chaired by Todd Hinds and take place in Manchester and online.
